Fund Raising
In October, Paul Downer interviewed the 2011 Miss Hertfordshire, Sophie Chryssaphes. To help the RNOH fund raising initiative, Sophie completed an 8-part mini triathlon - which involved her having to cycle, run and swim at eight different locations across the Southeast of England in the space of one day.
